How does your bubble tea catering service work?

We bring a full bubble tea bar to your event — including staff, teas, toppings, cups, and equipment. Guests choose their drink, and we make each one fresh on the spot.

What areas do you serve?

We cater events across Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, and the GTA.

Question 3

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes — we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining 50% balance is due before or on the day of your event.

How many drinks can you serve per hour?

We typically serve 40–60 drinks per hour, depending on your package and drink selection.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

We can accommodate dairy-free or lactose-free requests with advance notice. Please let us know ahead of time so we can confirm availability and prepare the right ingredients.

Can we customize the drinks or toppings?

Accepted Answer

You can choose your teas, flavours, toppings, and sweetness levels if applicable. Not all drinks have added sugar.

How much space do you need for setup?

We require a 10 ft × 10 ft area for our setup, along with one large table placed behind our station. The location should be near an electrical outlet.

What cup sizes do you offer?

Our standard cup size is 9 oz. We can offer other sizes at different pricing — please inquire for options.

What happens if we run out of servings and need more?

If your event requires additional servings beyond your package, we can prepare more on-site as long as supplies allow. Extra drinks are charged at our standard per-cup rate.

Are your staff trained in food safety?

Yes! At least one team member onsite holds a valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate, which is the provincially required training for safe food preparation and service.

How do you manage drink servings during the event?

Accepted Answer

We use an honour system for drink distribution. Each package includes a set number of servings, and we serve one drink per guest until everyone has had a chance to enjoy one. After that, if servings remain, guests are welcome to come back for seconds. If you prefer a more controlled approach, you’re welcome to provide a guest list for name-checking. At the end of your 2-hour service window, if servings remain, we prepare the rest and leave them for guests to enjoy.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We offer a tasting flight for $20, which includes three flavours in 5.5 oz sampling cups. The tasting is for up to two people, and if you decide to book, your $20 is credited back to your final package price. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply.
