Premium flavours are available for an additional $2 per serving, charged as a fixed rate based on your package size, no matter how many guests choose that flavour

Requirements & Inclusions

📏 Floor space: Approximately 8 ft x 8 ft

🔌 Electrical outlet: Setup must be located near a power source if power is required on our end for your service

🛠️ Equipment: We provide all necessary equipment and a fully self‑contained pop‑up station

👩‍🍳 Staffing: Two professional servers included for smooth service

You get fresh, sealed drinks delivered straight to you with zero setup required. It’s the simplest way to bring Boba Girl quality to your event without the footprint of a full bar.

What to expect:

We prepare your order as close to drop‑off as possible and transport everything in insulated coolers to maintain freshness. Some ice melt during transit is normal. This is the same experience you would expect from any major bubble tea franchise when drinks are prepared ahead of time or delivered in large quantities— we follow the same best practices and always do our best to ensure your drinks arrive chilled, sealed, and ready to enjoy.

Standard drinks - $6 per cup

Premium drinks - $8 per cup

🖨️Custom labels: We can create a design for you or use your logo or monogram. Pricing varies on delivery time & quantity.

🍓Extra Flavour Add‑On: Upgrade your menu with a standard extra flavor for $100 flat.

🧋Sampling Session: Want a little sneak sip before you book? Grab two tasting flights for $25. The session includes one complimentary mochi doughnut and three total flavours in 5 oz cups, served across two flights. If you decide to book within 48 hours, your $25 is credited back toward your final package. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply.

🚗 Travel fee: $100 for venues more than 45 km from downtown Mississauga

🅿️ Parking: Additional charges may apply depending on venue requirements

💳 Payment: 3% processing fee applied to all credit card transactions
