Requirements & Inclusions

📏 Floor space: Approximately 5 ft x 10 ft

🔌 Electrical outlet: Setup must be located near a power source if power is required on our end for your service

🛠️ Equipment: We provide all necessary equipment and a fully self‑contained pop‑up station

👩‍🍳 Staffing: Two professional servers included for smooth service

You get fresh, sealed drinks delivered straight to you with zero setup required. It’s the simplest way to bring Boba Girl quality to your event without the footprint of a full bar.

What to expect:

We prepare your order as close to drop‑off as possible and transport everything in insulated coolers to maintain freshness. Some ice melt during transit is normal. This is the same experience you would expect from any major bubble tea franchise when drinks are prepared ahead of time or delivered in large quantities— we follow the same best practices and always do our best to ensure your drinks arrive chilled, sealed, and ready to enjoy.

🍓Extra Flavour Add‑On: Upgrade your menu with an extra flavor for $100 flat

🧋Tasting: Want a little sneak sip before you book? Grab a tasting flight for $25 — you’ll get three flavours in 5.5 oz sampling cups, perfect for choosing your favourites. The tasting is for up to two people, and if you book us, your $25 is credited right back to your final package. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply.

Additional Fees

🚗 Travel fee: $100 for venues more than 45 km from downtown Mississauga

🅿️ Parking: Additional charges may apply depending on venue requirements

💳 Payment: 3% processing fee applied to all credit card transactions
